We cannot stress enough the importance of having preventative maintenance done on your Sub-Zero refrigerator.  Sub-Zero recommends having a condenser cleaning performed at least once a year.  Our 50 years of experience tells us that the cost of maintenance greatly outweighs the cost of repair.  Condenser cleaning improves the efficiency of freezers and refrigerators, and failing to clean the condenser can result in damage and internal contamination of the sealed system, impairing and eventually stopping the unit's ability to function.  Sealed system repairs (when done properly) are very time consuming and labor intensive.  Our sealed system repairs carry a 5-year limited warranty.
