If your unit isn't under warranty and you'd like service, please submit an online request for service, or call us at 888-966-1950 for immediate assistance. We want to ensure that our customers get the quality they paid for when they purchase these high quality appliances, so we only use genuine factory parts. We also provide an exclusive extended warranty of 1 year on all parts and labor when we provide service. The industry standard is only 90 days!

ASKO is known for producing high-quality, high efficiency, and particularly innovative appliances. Be sure to monitor your soap usage carefully, as overusage can lead to problems in both dishwashers and washers. If you have a high efficiency washer and experience an unpleasant odor coming from the washer, we recommend you try the AFFRESHTM Washer Cleaner available in our online store. High efficiency washers are designed to use less water, and therefore some residue of dirt and detergent doesn't get washed away. Affresh tablets are designed to remove existing residue and prevent it's build-up.
Combination and high efficiency units have also been known to be rather noisy and create excessive vibration. If you are experiencing problems of this sort, you may want to check out the ShakeAway Plus pads also available in our store, which are designed to reduce vibration, noise, and protect your floor from damage.
