As an authorized servicer, we provide service on Alto-Shaam appliances that are still under warranty, so if you're having trouble with your unit, please contact Alto-Shaam and request that they have AAA Appliance Service Center take care of it for you.

If your unit is out-of-warranty, don't worry! We provide an exclusive extended warranty of 1 year on all parts and labor when we provide service. The industry standard is only 90 days!
