Our technicians are required to have at least 2 years of experience before joining our team. AAA Appliance Service Center technicians collectively hold over 200 year of experience. Each technician undergoes drug tests and background checks so you can be comfortable with us as a guest in your home or business. We understand the importance of trust in a relationship with your technician and client service team. AAA Appliance Service Center technicians are also certified for the equipment they service by type and manufacturer. Refrigeration certification is required for all of our refrigeration technicians. Certification is especially important for the safety and the comprehensive understanding of your appliances.
Client Support Team
We understand the importance of having a personal relationship and trust with your technician. We believe that personal relationship should end at your door. That is why we have a dedicated person for you in the office as well. Our office staff also undergoes background and drug screenings to provide security and privacy you deserve. This client account representative will be the person handling your account and working with you and your technician directly to make sure you are taken care of quickly and stay informed.
Technical Service Features
As technology improves, we try to stay environmentally friendly and current. Our technicians are equipped with netbook PC’s or tablets to email you your invoices or receipts. They are also able to update your equipment information and review your appliance history to make sure we provide a proper and long term solution to your appliance needs. For our clients, this also allows for status updates via email or GPS tracking so can know when to expect your technician. We want to accommodate your schedule, not to have to accommodate ours.
